From diapers to toes, feedings to burp ups, and coos to colic, I love to help transform the burdens of parenthood into a joyful curiosity, clearing the way for parents and baby to thrive in deep trust, unconditional love, discovery, awe, devotion, and playfulness!
It all began after leaving a job as a cardiology office nurse to become a nurse for Medically fragile children. Caring for ill children in the comfort of their homes was critical but very rewarding. Supporting parents going through heartache was essential. And then when I realized I wasn't going to have my own family, I made the decision to reach out to families in my local community who needed care for their babies. As a transplant myself, I understand what it's like not to have family around. It can be lonely and difficult, made worse by the isolation parents can experience after having a baby. Soon after my initial reach out, families began to pour in and my new livelihood began to flourish!

Newborn Care Specialist; Registered Nurse; Licensed Massage Therapist, with extensive coursework in Breastfeeding education, Happiest Baby Educator, but honestly, not crazy about it. Every family is unique with varying needs. Reach out to me and tell me about where you are and what kind of help you are looking for. From birth and skin to skin, cord care, washing, feeding, napping/sleeping (and creating a sleep style that is supportive of the whole family), what to expect as far as your baby's daytime sleep, nighttime waking, and hunger, swaddling (and if it's right for you), non-toxic skin care products, carrying, soothing, sleep progression, physical/emotional and neural development, schedules versus baby-led scheduling (and what's right for your family) when and how to start solids, how to learn your baby's unique cues, how to develop patterns of transition in daily life to grow your baby's confidence to ensure a healthy and sustaining attachment with you, and the list goes on. I also offer additional consults on baby sleep, breastfeeding support (or your chosen method of bottle feeding), fostering a healthy baby parent bond, and self-care for parents (the last, but not at all the least).
